PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel capable of reducing a step of a bezel part to prevent a disconnection defect of an electrode layer, and a manufacturing method of the touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel of the present invention includes a transparent substrate 100 that is separated into an active area and a non-active area that is a marginal part of the active area, and a bezel part 110 that is formed in the non-active area on one face of the transparent substrate 100. The bezel part 110 is formed by exposing and developing a silver salt emulsion layer.
