PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simple detection of a failure by reducing cost as much as possible.SOLUTION: The digital signal transmitter 30 using a digital signal transmitted and received between a controller and a device as transfer means includes; a photocoupler 322 that electrically isolates a first signal S1 input from the controller side and outputs the signal to the device side as a second signal S2; a photocoupler 331 that electrically isolates the second signal S2 and outputs the signal as a third signal S3; and a comparator circuit 323 that compares the third signal S3 to the first signal S1 and outputs a comparison result. |
