PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor capable of sharing data in a plurality of document processors.SOLUTION: An information collection unit 11 generates a similarity map rule on the basis of intermediate data of a first document and a second document when a term included in the intermediate data of the first document and the intermediate data of the second document match and a dictionary update unit 12 generates a dictionary including the matched term and the data items of the first document and the data items of the second document corresponding to the term. The information collection unit 11 generates a differential conversion rule regarding the differential between the first document and updated document of the first document on the basis of the intermediate data of the first document and the second document. An information distribution unit 13 generates the intermediate data in an updated document of the second document by converting the intermediate data of the second data according to the similarity map rule and the differential conversion rule by using the dictionary.
