<p>Disclosed are a process for manufacturing a formed body of a rare earth alloy magnetic powder and a process for manufacturing a rare earth magnet. The process comprises pressing a rare earth alloy magnetic powder, into which organic additives are added, by means of one-stage forming, in a sealed space of an inert gas atmosphere, under an atmosphere at a temperature of 25°C-50°C and a relative humidity of 10%-40%, so as to manufacture the formed body of an rare earth alloy magnetic powder. By particularly setting the temperature and humidity of the inert gas atmosphere in a completely sealed environment, the process can inhibit poor shaping phenomena (fractures, missing corners, and cracks) of low oxygen level magnets after sintering, and improve the degree of orientation, Br, and (BH)max.</p> |
