A voice mail server, a terminal, and a voice message processing method. The terminal comprises: a second receiving module set to receive a first message menu sent by a voice mail server;a third acquisition module set to acquire a voice message selected and processed by a user from the first message menu;an instruction generation module set to generate a voice message processing instruction in accordance with the selected voice message;and a second sending module set to send the voice message processing instruction to the voice mail server to enable the voice mail server to determine a selected voice message in accordance with the voice message processing instruction, and process the selected voice message.The embodiments of the present invention enable a user of a voice mail to conveniently and quickly perform operation processing on designated message information.
