The present invention relates to a high-efficiency far infrared rolling stove using a surface heating element. The present invention includes: a surface heating unit that generates, from supplied power, heat in the form of far infrared radiation by using power lines connected to both ends of a plate-shaped heating element; a rolling driving unit that is coupled with one side edge of the surface heating unit and is installed so as to be capable of winding the surface heating unit in a roll shape; a power supply unit that supplies power to the surface heating unit; and a mechanism unit that accommodates the rolling driving unit and the power supply unit in an internal accommodating space of a housing or a case and supports the surface heating unit when the surface heating unit is drawn out from the internal accommodating space.
