PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling device for a frozen noodle mass, which allows a noodle mass fed in a noodle mass forming tray to be leveled.SOLUTION: The device includes: feeding means for feeding a noodle mass to a tray held at a predetermined position by dropping the noodle mass from above; and water flow generation means for generating water flow toward the noodle mass fed in the tray. The water flow generated by the water flow generation means hitting the noodle mass fed in the tray from above allows the deviation in the noodle mass in the tray and/or the irregularities on the top face of the noodle mass to be reduced. |
