PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent productivity of printing from being unduly lowered since conveyance of a recording medium is stopped in order to dry an ink based on only an amount of the ink used for printing without paying attention to an adhesion difference of the ink component used for printing to a conveying roller.SOLUTION: A printing device which performs printing on a recording medium conveyed in a conveying path by using an ink based on image data, includes: a conveying roller for conveying the recording medium printed in the conveying path; a printing unit for printing image data which are composed of a first ink color component and a plurality of second ink color components that are harder to be transferred to the conveying roller than the first ink in each pixel position of an image area, on the recording medium by using the first ink and the second ink; and an image processing unit for processing the image data so that the ink amount corresponding to the first ink color component is decreased and the ink amount corresponding to the second ink color component is increased according to the image data. |
