PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a heating part with a simple structure even in the case that a coolant in a heat exchanger is frozen.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: an inner case which can be installed inside an outer case; a heating part provided inside the inner case; a closed air channel in which air for air-cooling the heating part flows; a heat exchanger which is fitted with an outer case opening formed in the outer case and communicating with the inside of the outer case, and exchanges heat with the outer air to cool the air flowing in the closed air channel; an opened air channel which is formed inside the inner case, takes in the air for air-cooling the heating part from the outside of the inner case and discharges it to the outside of the inner case; an inflow port of the opened air channel formed on an outer surface of the inner case for taking in the air from the outside of the inner case; an inflow port cover for opening and closing the inflow port; a discharge port of the opened air channel formed on the outer surface of the inner case for discharging the air to the outside of the inner case; and a discharge port cover for opening and closing the discharge port. |
