PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding having good manufacturability and reduced residual strain.SOLUTION: In a bent resin molding 10 different in curvature on the front and the back surface side, the thermal shrinkage rate of a resin film 15 located at a position in the back surface side having a higher curvature is made to be higher than the thermal shrinkage rate of a resin film 14 located at a position in the front surface side having a lower curvature. On the sides of the front and the back surface, stresses of the resin films 14 and 15 and stresses produced in the boundary surface between the resin film 14 or 15 and the substrate 11, produced in the process of hardening a molten resin, can be made uniform by utilizing a difference between the thermal shrinkage rates of the resin films 14 and 15, resulting in easy acquisition of a resin molding having good manufacturability and reduced residual strain. |
