PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of copper by reducing a length of a coil end part and to improve cooling effects by increasing a heat radiation area of the coil end part in a generator where a plurality of slots are provided along an inner circumference of a stator core surrounding a rotor fixed to a rotary shaft, a coil is wound around the stator core, the coil being formed by connecting a plurality of coil side parts accommodated in the circumferentially separated slots of the stator core while mutually interposing a plurality of slots in a plurality of coil end parts disposed outside of both axial ends of the stator core, and a cooling fan for circulating cooling air within the stator core is fixed to the rotary shaft.SOLUTION: At one end side along an axial direction of a stator core 56, a plurality of coil end parts 57b, 58b short-cutting and connecting two slots 55 inside of an inner circumference of the stator core 56 in a view from a direction along an axial line of a rotary shaft are disposed in a distributed manner so as to form an opening 62 that allows insertion of the rotary shaft, in the center. |
