A label moving part 14 for transferring a label to the sticking part 13 arranged on the furthermore downstream position than the label issuing part by adsorbing and holding the label L issued from the label issuing part is arranged on the periphery of the downstream side of the label issuing part, and the label moving part 14 performs return movement to an initial position near the label issuing part regardless of label sticking action of the sticking part, after transferring the label L to the sticking part 13. |
