PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe blood glucose level measuring method capable of excluding misidentification of patients and prescription errors.SOLUTION: When having read a patient ID with a patient ID reading section, a control section identifies a record of the patient of a measurement/administration result table. The control section does not perform blood glucose level measurement on the patient of the identified record which shows that a blood glucose measurement flag is "true" and an insulin administration confirmation flag is "false", and displays an insulin dosage on a display unit with respect to the patient by referring to a prescription information table on the basis of a blood glucose level which has been measured. The control section does not display the insulin dosage on the display unit again for the patient of the identified record which shows that the insulin administration confirmation flag is "true". |
