PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data by using an appropriate radio communication line corresponding to communication performance to be prioritized, of the plurality of available radio communication lines.SOLUTION: The portable terminal 1 includes: a radio communication section 40 that can use a plurality of radio communication lines 100, 200, 300; a reception section 51 that receives instruction of a priority order between a plurality of types of communication performances; and a communication control section 52 that selects the radio communication line used for communication among the plurality of radio communication lines according to the priority order received by the reception section 51 and controls the radio communication section 40 to transmit data to be transmitted by using the selected radio communication line. |
