PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform information processing for interpolating frequency distribution by acquiring relation of the frequency distribution between a large area and a small area or the like different from the large area.SOLUTION: An information processor has a representative value comparison part for comparing a first representative value of a first frequency distribution of a first area with a second representative value of a second frequency distribution of a second area different from the first area, a distribution conversion part for converting the second frequency distribution so as to reduce the deviation of distribution between the first frequency distribution and the second frequency distribution in the case that coincidence between the first representative value and the second representative value is low in the representative value comparison part, and a distribution estimation part for calculating a new second representative value on the basis of the second frequency distribution after conversion converted by the distribution conversion part, comparing the new second representative value with the first representative value by the representative value comparison part, and continuing processing for acquiring the second representative value until coincidence between the first representative value and the new second representative value becomes high. |
