PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an English pronunciation learning device, method, and program, which enable easy understanding of how to move the tongue when pronouncing an English vowel or consonant.SOLUTION: An English pronunciation learning device 1 includes: a speaker 14 for outputting a vowel or consonant as pronounced in English; and a display part 13 capable of displaying an oral cavity, a numeral indicating individual points of the cavity and an animation showing movement in the oral cavity in response to an English pronunciation output from the speaker 14.
