PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable ink recovery and reduce a solvent volatilization amount of the ink in an inkjet recording device.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device includes: a nozzle for jetting ink; a charge electrode for charging ink to be used for printing by being jetted from the nozzle; a deflection electrode for deflecting the ink charged by the charge electrode; a gutter for recovering ink unused for printing; and an ink recovery path connected to the gutter. Further included are: pressure generation means, connected to the ink recovery path, for generating pressure; pressure detection means, connected between the ink recovery path and the means for generating the pressure, for detecting pressure generated in the ink recovery path; and a control part. Further, the pressure detection means detects a pressure value generated in the ink recovery path, and the control part controls the pressure value of the pressure generation means in accordance with the detected pressure value. |
