PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shaping apparatus and a three-dimensional shaping data creation program to form a new powder body layer on an already-shaped shaping layer while suppressing deformation of the already-shaped shaping layer.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shaping apparatus forms a powder body layer by flattening a three-dimensional shaping powder body on a stage. A shaping layer which is a layer of the three-dimensional shaping body is formed by solidifying at least a part of the formed powder body layer. A three-dimensional shaping body is shaped by repeating the above operations to laminate shaping layers. The three-dimensional shaping apparatus, in a case of performing a step-forming process (S24: YES), performs pre-flattening, by specifying a thickness deciding distance which is the distance between the plane where the bottom plane of the powder body layer to be formed is positioned and a flattening roller, as a distance larger than the thickness of the powder body layer (S26, S27). Thereafter, the powder body layer is formed by coinciding the thickness deciding distance with the thickness of the powder body layer and performing final flattening (S29, S30). |
