Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a memory data pushing method and device, the method comprising: generating a pushing command at a specific time according to a pushing period, one pushing command being generated at a specific time within one pushing period; acquiring the pushing parameter of the to-be-pushed data according to the pushing command; transmitting at least one memory access request to a memory according to the pushing parameter, the at least one memory access request being used to request for the to-be-pushed data from memory; receiving the to-be-pushed data transmitted according to the memory access request by the memory, and storing the to-be-pushed data in a data buffer; and pushing the to-be-pushed data from the data buffer to a pushing destination memory.
