摘要 Provided are a solar cell and manufacturing method thereof, the solar cell comprising a doped layer (14) disposed on a first surface (12a) of a semiconductor substrate (12), a doped polycrystalline silicon layer (16) disposed in a first region (26) of a second surface (12b) of the semiconductor substrate (12), a doped region (32) disposed in a second region (28) of the second surface (12b) of the semiconductor substrate (12), and an insulation layer (20) covering the surfaces of the doped polycrystalline silicon layer (16) and the doped region (32). The insulation layer exposes part of the doped polycrystalline silicon layer and part of the doped region, allowing the doped polycrystalline silicon layer (16) and the doped region (32) to be respectively connected to a first electrode (22) and a second electrode (24) via the opening of the insulation layer (20). The semiconductor substrate (12) and the doped layer (14) have a first doping type; one of the doped polycrystalline silicon layer (16) and the doped region (32) has a second doping type and the other has the first doping type; and the second doping type is the opposite of the first doping type. The present invention improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell.
