<p>The present invention relates to a device (1) for picking and placing wire muzzles (2), comprising a cup (10) designed to accept a wire muzzle (2), the cup (10) delimiting notches (13) to accept the wires (4b) of the wire muzzle (2), the notches (13) being distributed about a longitudinal axis (X1) of the cup (10); a magnet (20) able to move in the cup (10) in a first direction (D1) parallel to the longitudinal axis (X1) and facing toward the notches (13) or in a second direction (D2) the opposite of the first direction (D1); and a centering device (60) placed in the cup (10) and able to centre the wire muzzle (2) relative to the longitudinal axis (X1). The device (1) is characterized in that the centering device (60) comprises, on the one hand, a bearing surface (67) for the magnet (20) in the first direction (D1) in a rest configuration and, on the other hand, a surface (68) for final centering of the wire muzzle (2); and in that the magnet (20) can move, notably under the action of a cap (6) that forms part of the wire muzzle (2), in the second direction (D2) away from the bearing surface (67) formed on the centering device (60). The invention also relates to a wire muzzle fitting machine equipped with such a device (1), and to a method for using such a device (1).</p> |
