PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device or the like capable of improving the efficiency of a diagnosis employing a digital microscope.SOLUTION: There are provided: an image display device including a display control unit having a display combining unit that displays one or a plurality of pathological index cursors based on information relating to a pathological slide image; an image display system including an image display control unit having a cursor display unit that displays one or a plurality of pathological index cursors based on information relating to a pathological slide image; and a microscope system including an image display system including an image display control unit having a display combining unit that displays one or a plurality of pathological index cursors based on information relating to a pathological slide image.
