PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a multilayer optical recording medium capable of detecting reflected light of sufficient intensity at a boundary surface between an optical recording layer and an adhesive layer, having less scattered light on the adhesive layer and having less noise; a sheet for producing the multilayer optical recording medium, capable of being used for producing the multilayer optical recording medium; and an adhesive.SOLUTION: A sheet 1 for producing a multilayer optical recording medium is used for producing a multilayer optical recording medium 10 composed by laminating an optical recording layer 11 and an adhesive layer 12. The optical recording layer 11 and the adhesive layer 12 are laminated on one another, and the adhesive layer 12 is composed of an adhesive mainly including a polymer having a fluorine-containing monomer and/or a silicon-containing monomer as constituent monomer component. The adhesive layer 12 does not have a domain structure, or has a domain structure having the domain size of 100 nm or less. The total content of the fluorine-containing monomer and the silicon-containing monomer is 10-100 mass% when a total amount of the monomer as constituent monomer component in the polymer is 100 mass%. |
