PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make processing based on post information appropriate.SOLUTION: A post analysis server comprises: an analysis unit that analyzes a post state of post information posted on a WEB; and a post amount restriction unit that restricts a post amount of post information to be analyzed by the analysis unit in accordance with a type of the post information.
