PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive sheet having good orientation of a thermal conductive filler, and sufficient thermal conductivity in a thickness direction.SOLUTION: A thermal conductive sheet 40 consists of a thermal conductive filler 12 in an organic resin 11 in hardened state. The thermal conductive sheet 40 has a plurality of prismatic shape parts 41 consisting of the organic resin 11 containing the thermal conductive filler 12. A plurality of prismatic shape parts 41 are arranged in parallel to one another and bonded to form one sheet. In each of prismatic shape parts 41, the thermal conductive filler 12 is oriented so that a dimension of the thermal conductive filler 12 in a sheet thickness direction is larger than that of the thermal conductive filler 12 in a sheet surface direction. |
