摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately align the optical axes of a plurality of optical components in a short time.SOLUTION: An optical axis alignment device 10 according to the present invention comprises: optical fibers 21 to 23 configured to emit alignment light beams to cores 31 to 33; the cores 31 to 33 whose emission side end faces are arranged parallel to one another with a predetermined space smaller than the outside diameter of the optical fibers 21 to 23 among them, and configured such that the alignment light beams emitted from the optical fibers 21 to 23 are emitted from the emission side end faces; condensing means 40 for condensing the alignment light emitted from the cores 31 to 33; light receiving means 50 configured to measure the intensity of each of the condensed alignment light beams and to output a quantity of received light; and aligning means 60 configured to make alignment light beams incident on the optical fibers 21 to 23 sequentially and to make the optical axis connecting the center of the core of a reference position and the center of the receiving means 50 and the optical axis of the condensing means 40 coincide with each other.
