PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice speech management system for enabling pupils to have conversation with many foreign pupils of the same generation during a fixed time under the management of a teacher even though efforts for performing foreign language (English) conversation leaning with overseas pupils of an elementary school of the same generation are performed as an experience lesson using English by using a telephone system with video using the Internet.SOLUTION: A voice speech management system composed of two or more terminals connected on a network is provided. Terminals 1, 3 operated by a foreign language conversation instructor (teacher) includes speech partner registration means and a speaker information storage part, speech partner selection means, connection start instruction means, disconnection instruction means, conversation guide means, evaluation instruction means, evaluation information aggregation means, an evaluation information storage part, and a speech information storage part, and includes report means for reading information on the evaluation information storage part and the speech information storage part to prepare report information, and speaker exchange means. Terminals 2, 4 of a foreign language conversation learner (pupil) includes speech control means, notification means, evaluation means, and help means. |
