PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle detector for a body of rotation, which is able to take large areas for coils and has an excellent S/N ratio.SOLUTION: An angle detector 10 for a body of rotation comprises a rotor 30, and a stator 20 arranged opposite the rotor 30 via a space. The stator 20 has one unit output coil group including four output coils and one unit primary coil group including four primary coils. The rotor 30 has two unit secondary coil groups. Each of the four secondary coils included in the one unit secondary coil group is connected to secondary coil located in the same winding direction and at a phase difference of 360° in electric angle among four secondary coils included in the other unit secondary coil group. Whenever the rotor 30 rotates, one of the two connected secondary coils is opposite the primary coil included in the unit primary coil group, and the other is opposite the output coil included in the unit output coil group. |
