PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device of a manual transmission that increases inertia force acting on a shift outer lever, can save a space and can eliminate the concern such as gear omission.SOLUTION: A shift control device 10 controls a shift position by oscillating a shift outer lever 30 around a shift and select shaft 20 with a shift operation. In the shift control device 10, plural masses 40, 42 are attached at different positions in a circumferential direction around the shaft center of the shift and select shaft 20, with respect to the shift outer lever 30. |
