PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hose which is excellent in such water-passage and water-discharge performance that water run is preferable, a pressure loss is small, therefore, water-passage speed is large, an arrival position of water discharge can be kept far apart, the amount of water discharge can be increased and fire fighting can be performed quickly and exactly.SOLUTION: A fire hose has a cover layer made of rubber or synthetic resin on an inner surface of a jacket made of cylinder textile woven in a cylinder shape by warp arranged in the hose length direction and weft spirally arranged around a center axis in the hose length direction. Therein, 10 to 35 lines of protrusions which assume a helical shape, rotating 1 to 3.5 times per 20 m of hose length in the helical direction reverse to the helical direction of the weft and have a height h (mm) of 0.4 to 1.5 (mm) and a width w (mm) of 0.8 to 2.5 (mm) are provided on the inner surface of the cover layer. |
