PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blower capable of suppressing degradation of air blowing efficiency due to dispersion of a length of a seal member disposed between a fan and a fan cover.SOLUTION: An electric blower includes a seal 45 for blocking a part of the air discharged from a fan 14 so that it is not sucked into a suction port 38 of the fan 14 through a clearance gap G1 between a front shroud 36 of the fan 14 and a fan cover 16. The seal 45 has a seal member 46 rounded into the ring shape. One end portion 47 and the other end portion 48 of the seal member 46 are joined, and an opening edge portion 36a bites into the seal member 46 in a state that the opening edge portion 36a of the suction portion 38 passes a joining part of the end portions 47 and 48 in the rotating direction of the fan 14. |
