This photography control device comprises: an imager location determination unit which, when a rotation mechanism rotates a first imager and a second imager greater than a prescribed angle, determines whether the first imager is located in a redundancy region wherein the rotation range of the first imager and the rotation range of the second imager overlap; and a photography timing control unit which, upon detecting the arrival of a photography timing, causes the first imager and/or the second imager to carry out photography, and which, in at least one photography timing which is detected to arrive in a state wherein the imager location determination unit determines that the first imager is located in the redundancy region, causes only the second imager to carry out the photography. |
