PURPOSE: A leukocyte removing filter including a nanofiber non-woven fabric, a method of manufacturing thereof, and a blood transfusion unit including thereof are provided to improve a removal rate of leukocytes, and to prevent a crashing of a filter material by a moisture. CONSTITUTION: A leukocyte removing filter has an average diameter of 100~2,000 nanometer and is formed with polyvinyl alcohol nanofibers which does not melt in the water at room temperature. The leukocyte removing filter comprises: pores with an average diameter of 0.5~3 micrometers in between the polyvinyl alcohol nanofibers; a nanofiber non-woven fabric(A) layer in a thickness of 0.5~50 micrometers; and 1~3 layers of a synthetic fiber non-woven fabric(B,C) laminated on the upper side of the nanofiber. Each synthetic fiber non-woven fabric is selected from the group consisting of polyester meltblown non-woven fabric, polyester spunbond non-woven fabric, or a polyester needle punched non-woven fabric. |
