A control part 11 calculates an arrival time difference between an arrival time of the moving body lastly arriving at the destination of the plurality of moving bodies and the arrival times of other moving bodies on the basis of the acquired current location information and information on the destination, and outputs the arrival time difference to the plurality of moving bodies from the communication part 12.
