PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution device for improving recommendation accuracy of distributing content.SOLUTION: A distribution device comprises: means for acquiring an actual action index data associating action data for a content for every content of the user to a content identifier; means for acquiring content × content matrix data associating a degree of relationship between the contents to content identifiers in two-axis; means for acquiring user × contents matrix data which associates the degree of relationship between users to user identifiers of two-axis; and means for carrying out a prescribed arithmetic to the matrix of a predicted value associating to the matrix of the actual values based on the user × content matrix data equivalent to the actual action index data, the content × content matrix data, and the user × user matrix data and responding the content with matched prescribed condition to a service provider device when a request is made specifying the user identifier from the service provider device based on generated predicted action index data. |
