PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device of a vehicle that can rapidly and surely consume residual electric power of a capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor 2 is interposed on an electric circuit 30 built into a vehicle. A discharge device 3 consuming residual electric power of the capacitor 2 is connected to the capacitor 2 and a converter 9 transforming the residual electric power of the capacitor 2 into actuation power for the discharge device 3 is connected to the discharge device 3. Further a normally-used feeder 33 is provided that connects an auxiliary battery 17 of the vehicle to the discharge battery 3 and an emergency feeder 31 is provided that connects the discharge device 3 to the converter 9. The emergency feeder 31 is supplied with actuation power at voltage lower than voltage for the normally-used feeder 33 by the discharge device 3. |
