PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmitting conductive film which reduces pattern seen phenomenon, for usage in a capacitance type touch panel.SOLUTION: A light transmitting conductive film contains (A) a light transmitting supporting layer and (B) a light transmitting conductive layer containing indium tin oxide (ITO) containing SnOof 4 to 15 wt.%, the light transmitting conductive layer (B) is arranged on at least one surface of the light transmitting supporting layer (A) directly or through one or more other layers, a thickness of the light transmitting conductive layer (B) is 17 to 25 nm, and a rate of reflection coefficient change &Dgr;R is 0.85 or less, where &Dgr;R is an average value of absolute difference between a reflection coefficient of the light transmitting conductive layer, R, where n is an integer of 0 to 40 and the reflection coefficient of a film having an identical structure other than lacking the light transmitting conductive layer (B), R', where n is an integer of 0 to 40, obtained by a measurement by 10 nm from 380 nm to 780 nm. |
