PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharge device in which an electrical connection of a high-density nozzle head is reliable and simple.SOLUTION: A fluid discharge device 100 includes: a fluid discharge module 103 and an integrated circuit element 104. The fluid discharge module includes: a substrate 122 having a plurality of fluid passages 124; a plurality of actuators 401; and a plurality of conductive wires 407. Each actuator is configured to discharge fluid from a nozzle 126 of a related fluid passage. The integrated circuit element is mounted to the fluid discharge module and is electrically connected to the conductive wires of the fluid discharge module, and by using the electrical connection of the module, a signal transmitted to the fluid discharge module is transmitted to the integrated circuit element in order to be processed by the integrated circuit element and outputted to the fluid discharge module to drive the actuators.
