PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable handle allowing quick and sure attachment and detachment of the handle to a cooking pan by a simple operation and easy to temporarily place the handle on a cooking table.SOLUTION: A detachable handle 1 comprises a movable grip part 2, a support 3 and a slide bar 6. The detachable handle 1 can be attached to a cooking pan through the following steps: a connection member 21 and a receiving implement 40 of the support 3 are rotatably connected by a connecting tube 22 and a fixed shaft 23; a link piece 63 of the slide bar 6 is rotatably connected to the connection member 21 by a connection shaft 65; a coupling part 31 is coupled to a flange at the top of a peripheral edge of the cooking pan; a locking part 32, a support part 33, a bearing part 34R and a bearing part on the other side support the peripheral edge of the cooking pan; the movable grip part 2 falls by its own weight; the slide bar 6 linked with the link piece 63 slides forwards; and an engaging part 61 engages with the bottom part of the flange at the top of the peripheral edge of the cooking pan. When the detachable handle 1 is placed on a cooking table, the handle is supported by three points, by the bearing part 34R, the bearing part on the other side and the rear end of a fixed grip 50 whereby the movable grip part 2 faces upwards. |
