Disclosed are a microencapsulated amino acid composition and the preparation method thereof.The microencapsulated amino acid composition is obtained as follows: a raw material mixture containing the amino acid is added into water or ethanol solution, then prepared by granulating and drying; wherein the raw material mixture comprises the following components: a. single amino acid or multiple amino acids; b. the auxiliary material containing a coating agent and wetting agent.
