PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing apparatus configured to allow a vehicle to be properly charged by providing the vehicle to be charged with information on a charging station suitable for the vehicle.SOLUTION: An information providing apparatus for providing a vehicle to be charged with charging station information includes: charging station information acquiring means for acquiring charging station information; traffic flow acquiring means for acquiring a traffic flow of vehicles located around a charging station and using external electric energy, for each charging station corresponding to the information acquired by the charging station information acquiring means; and charging station deciding means for deciding a charging station to be provided with information, from among the charging stations corresponding to the information acquired by the charging station information acquiring means, on the basis of the traffic flow of the vehicles using external electric energy around the charging stations acquired by the traffic flow acquiring means. |
