PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic ultrasound apparatus, an image processing device and an image processing method which allow an operator to easily acquire proper information relating to strain.SOLUTION: The diagnostic ultrasound apparatus includes a signal processing part 12, an index calculation part 141, a storage part 15, and a control part 17. The signal processing part 12 generates, in a time series on the basis of a reflected wave signal of ultrasound waves transmitted into a subject, strain information relating to the strain of a tissue in the subject that is compressed and released. The index calculation part 141 calculates an index that relates to the state of compression or release of the tissue upon generating the strain information. The storage part 15 associates the time phase upon generating the strain information with the index upon generating the strain information and stores same. On the basis of the index associated with each time phase, the control part 17 extracts a candidate time phase being a time phase that serves as a candidate. |
