The arrangement has clutch elements (58) riveted with an end (14) of an elongated object (12). A heavy load transport vehicle (10) is attached with the clutch elements and domable clutch parts (56). A movable clutch bolt is fixed in the domable clutch parts according to mutual approximation of the clutch elements. The domable clutch parts are formed by the clutch elements. Multiple regulating units are provided in the domable clutch parts. Clutch cylinders, cylinder tubes and piston rods are arranged in the regulating units. An independent claim is also included for a heavy load transport vehicle.
