<p>Provided are a motion detection device which is capable of properly determining a stationary state of a walking motion and a human body stimulation apparatus which comprises the device. The human body stimulation apparatus (1) comprises a left detection unit (50L), a right detection unit (50R), a determination unit (70), a control unit (60), a right stimulation unit (90R) and a left stimulation unit (90L). The detection units generate a detection signal according to a walking motion of a human body. The determination unit (70) divides the walking motion of one walking cycle into multiple walking stages on the basis of the detection signal. The determination unit (70) determines that the walking motion is stopped on the basis of at least one duration time of the walking stages. The control unit (60) controls the magnitude of the stimulation that the right stimulation unit (90R) and the left stimulation unit (90L) apply to the human body on the basis of the determination results of the determination unit (70).</p> |
