The present invention provides an upper punching die device for punching boards assembled with a press machine. The present invention can prevent the waste of expensive materials caused due to machining by separately coupling an upper punching die for serving as a cutting blade and a shank part for fixing the upper punching die on a press arm. The shank part for fixing the upper punching die on the press arm is separately coupled to the upper punching die, and is formed of a different material which is more ductile than the upper punching die formed of tool steel having high resistance, but strong brittleness; thereby preventing damage to the shank part caused due to impact load. Also, the present invention can reduce maintenance costs by replacing only the shank part formed of the different material when the shank part is damaged. The present invention comprises: the upper punching die which is in pair with a lower punching die having a hole to bore a hole on metal boards; the shank part separately formed with the upper punching die and mounted on the arm of the vertically reciprocating press; and multiple fixing bolts separately coupling the upper punching die and the shank part. |
