PURPOSE: A flux distributing apparatus is provided to maximize and optimize the efficiency of a sewage and wastewater treating system by uniformly maintaining the flow rate and the flux of sewage and wastewater distributed into a bio reactor. CONSTITUTION: A flux distributing apparatus includes a first flux distributing bath(132), a constant amount transferring pump(134), and a second flux distributing bath(136). The first flux distributing bath stores sewage and wastewater from a flux adjusting bath. The constant amount transferring pump transfers the sewage and wastewater from the first flux distributing bath. The second flux distributing bath distributes the sewage and wastewater into at least one bio reactor. The first flux distributing bath includes a by-pass(138) returning the sewage and wastewater if the flux of the sewage and wastewater is over a pre-set level. |
