The present invention relates to an installation structure for a deck stair case of a vessel in which a stair case positioned on an upper deck of a hull is installed in a detachable manner using tread fastening to prevent deformation of the stair case due to repeated welding or gouging work when the stair case is shifted or rearranged, and in addition, to reduce the concern about the property deterioration of the material of a welding portion, and be free from the limitation in the frequency of attachment and detachment thereof. The installation structure includes a primary steel liner (16) fixed to a deck (10) of the vessel, a secondary steel liner (18) provided on an upper portion of the primary steel liner (16) to fix and support a stair case (14), and bolts (20) thread coupling the primary steel liner (16) and the secondary steel liner (18) in order.
