Provided in the present invention is a nanoparticle trapping unit. The unit comprises: an outer tube installed at flow paths transferring nanoparticle; an inner tube arranged inside the outer tube, and guiding the flow paths in the direction different from each other; and a trap part installed inside the inner tube, and having a screw-shaped trap collecting the nanoparticle transferred through the flow paths. In addition, provided in the present invention is a nanoparticle collecting apparatus having the nanoparticle trap unit.
