The present invention provides a low-frequency treatment apparatus comprising: a belt surrounding a user′s body; a low-frequency pad attached to the belt so as to contact the user′s body; a posture measurement sensor for measuring the user′s posture and sequentially generating signals corresponding to the posture; a control unit for converting the generated intervals of the signals generated from the posture measurement sensor and generating control signals corresponding to the signal values and the generated intervals; and a low-frequency generator for generating low-frequencies operated according to the control signals of the control unit so as to transmit the low-frequencies to the low-frequency pad. The present invention enables the user to perform low-frequency treatment when the present invention is tilted above a preset degrees by the user in an upright posture in a state in which the user wears it, and enables the user to perform a low-frequency treatment only by tilting the user′s body at a specific location whenever low-frequency treatment is needed, as well as enables the user to perform the low-frequency treatment by judging if the treatment is for work or treatment when the user changes his or her posture.
