<p>Improvements to the structural design of a toothbrush with a dental floss guide, specifically for use by children and persons with motor impairment or special needs, comprise a structural solution including a screwing device (4), a threaded section (2) allowing the head (3) with the bristles to be exchanged, and ensure the safety of the operator and comfort of the patient during mechanical tooth cleaning processes, mainly in the case of young children and persons with special needs, since the surface (6) of the handle (1), which is at the same time soft and adhesive, prevents traumas or injuries to the oral cavity of the patient and to the fingers of the operator, the handle (1) being convertible into a dental floss guide (1). The handle (1) may be designed with a hexagonal projection (8). The opposite end of the head (3) comprises a screwing device (4) that fastens the dental floss inserted into the channel (4a) in the screw thread (5a).</p> |
